On-Star sales call. They never give up! called a number of times even after us asking them to stop. This call was at 9pm and they wanted us to re-up the on star service that we got with a new chevy car purchase. They are slick in using local area codes so we got fooled into answering. They are now on the list but I wanted to post this for others.

this caller called my cell phone over 9 times a day, leave no messages and when i pick up phone to find out who caller is it was discover financial collection asking for another person who is not affliated with my phone. advised caller to stop calling but they have not done so. get over it and stop calling; will file a complaint to the proper official.

I have recieved 2 calls every other day for 2 weeks on my cell phone. they say they are trying to serve civil papers on someone I have told them repeatedly that I do not know. I have told them I am old and not in good health, to please remove my number from their list. they say it takes 30 days to remove a number. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold, I hung up after 10 minutes. Now they are calling from a different number. I have filed charges against them for harassment.

This caller stated talking before I even said, hello. He said he had a life insurance plan to discuss and that this call would be recorded. I said, what makes you think I wanted life insurance? He said, I was on line and he was responding to that online request. I said, oh, really? What life insurance plan is this? He said, are you So and So? I said, no, but I could take information for So and So. He said, that's okay, we'll call back some other time. When this person turned on the recorded line, the volume on his end sounded like he had put the phone on speaker. He spoke English; no accent. I did not research life insurance because I have all that I need and always check with my adviser before doing such research. This was more than an unsolicited call, I do believe it was a scam call. 19 July 2019, about 8:38 p.m. a time much later than such a call -- if legitimate -- should be made.
